As part of the Sales team you will sell US immigration and nonimmigration consulting services to prospective customers. In this role, you should expect to:

  • present, promote, and sell US immigration and nonimmigration consulting services to prospective customers across multiple platforms (tickets, phone, chat)
  • establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • continuously improve though feedback
  • use one hour of your day for learning and professional development
  • prepare and participate in team and 1 on 1 meetings
  • handle special assignments when provided by the manager

To do this role well, you’d need to have:

  • remote work setup (home office/desk, good working computer/laptop, 2 monitors, reliable internet connection, backup internet connection)
  • excellent knowledge and use of English language – writing, speaking, listening
  • excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • willingness to learn and improve
  • ability to work independently and with the team
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • previous experience in a sales representative role
  • experience working with ticketing systems
